1. Purpose

This policy defines the internal procedures and conditions governing product returns, restocking fees, and credit issuance to ensure consistency and control across all return requests.

 

2. Returns Window

Returns may be accepted for items reported within 60 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

3. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

The restocking fee may only be waived under conditions outlined in Section 6.

 

4. Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

- Items must be in unused and original condition

- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

 

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to additional review.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used products (unless confirmed faulty)

- Custom-built or special-order items

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Where products are reported as damaged or defective:

- The issue must be reported within 15 days of delivery

- The item must be assessed and verified by the company

 

If confirmed:

- The restocking fee will be waived

- A replacement or full credit will be issued

 

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

- The item is confirmed as defective, or

- The incorrect item was supplied

In such cases, return costs may be covered or reimbursed at management discretion.

 

8. Inspection & Credit Processing

Upon receipt of returned goods:

- Items must be inspected by the appropriate team

- Eligibility must be confirmed against this policy

 

Once approved:

- A credit note, less any applicable restocking fee, will be issued

- Processing timeframe: 5–10 business days

 

 

9. Authority & Exceptions

Wire Technologies Ltd reserves the right to:

- Approve or reject return requests

- Apply, waive, or adjust restocking fees

- Make final determinations on all return-related decisions

 

Any exceptions to this policy require management approval.
